Irrigation is via micro drip. The well is a very good producer and is located in the vineyard.  The pump is housed in a redwood pump shed.

The home features a stone fireplace, gourmet kitchen, wood framed windows, and a naturally cooled underground wine cellar. The home is completely electric with all electric lines buried.
