Hi! Thanks for attempting to know me a little better.
I am jubilantly thankful to God Almighty for my success today in serving my clients. Few influential human personalities in my life who have been a reason for my success are my parents, brothers and sisters who instilled and groomed discipline, honesty, and care for others in my character. Even today they are constantly and selflessly praying for my success, not really success in wealth but success in being happy while providing service to others with Integrity. My father used to say, 'Integrity is essential in serving others. A person either has Integrity or he doesn't; there is nothing in the middle.' Another very important person in my life is my wife, Khalida, an electronics engineer, who constantly and lovingly provides me sound support to shape my business and social dealings. Without the support of my family I would not be able to serve you the way I am able to serve.
I am a highly educated professional, a graduate from Stanford University with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. I worked with General Electric Company as Engineering Manager (managing about 170 engineers at one time) and Business Manager (managing about $30 Million projects at one time) before starting my own real estate firm in 1997. Prior to 1997 I worked part time as a real estate salesperson, and my main motivation was to learn how to deliver superior service to my clients. Therefore, I mostly stayed with one broker and learned how to serve the client's need with Integrity. Having an engineering background my approach with my clients is geared towards logical and analytical decision making. I am a family person, with a beautiful wife, Khalida, and four cute children (Talha, Samrah, Taha, and Yusra).
I am the Broker-Owner of Realty World-XC'lent Real Estate. A broker need to meet lot more stringent licensing requirements than a salesperson. I founded my company, XC'lent Real Estate, in 1997 and in late 2001 decided to buy a Franchise license from Realty World Northern California and Northern Nevada to bring even better products and services to my clients. The mission of this company is to bring rewards of PERSONAL SERVICE and the efficiency of TECHNOLOGY in handling real estate transactions; thereby enhancing personal gratification and superior client satisfaction. I engineered some basic rules of operation called 'The 7 Pillars of XC'lence' that our agents shall follow in performing their job in representing their clients. I am fearless of change and believe in continuous improvement.
I work in three counties: Santa Clara, San Mateo, and Alameda. I can provide agent referrals for other counties. I specialize in the cities of Palo Alto, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Hillsborough, Atherton, Portola Valley, Menlo Park, Saratoga, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, San Jose, Cupertino, Los Gatos, Santa Clara, Campbell, Milpitas, Pleasanton, and Fremont. I lived in this beautiful bay area since 1979. I am very much experienced in the Bay Area market. I am skilful in marketing, in negotiating, in transaction management, in organization, and in customer service. I am a problem solver; no issue is a small issue for me and each issue has to be dealt with as soon as it arises and it shall be handled with meticulous care and concern. I shall make a difference.
My customer service approach is to be straightforward and honest with my clients at each step of the transaction process. I usually carry 4-6 clients at a time in order to do justice with them. To me the measure of my success is not $$ volume rather it is client satisfaction; I believe that almost always more than expected $$ follows an honest effort. Do you really care how much $$ volume I made last month? You must care about how knowledgeable I am in real estate transactions and how good a job I can perform as your agent. The way I look at my business is a simple thinking that my success had happened yesterday. You are not my client number 1016; rather you are my client number ONE deserving my undivided passionate attention to detail. You are my key to success and you will define my success for today. I shall fiercely protect your interest at each step of the transaction.
I honestly believe that I do not deserve to get your business; I know that I have to earn it. I will do all the best I can do to be in a position to become your Realtor of choice. I realize that you have many choices in selecting a Realtor; and I like to earn the honor to be the one you choose. I will be your sounding board, I will be your guide, I will be your defense, I will be your offense, and I will be your quarterback. You make decisions and I will make sure that your decisions get implemented. I shall take pride in representing you in your real estate transaction.
I realize that one aspect of my job is to be a knowledgeable orchestra conductor; guiding a team consisting of buyers, sellers, other real estate professional, mortgage broker, lender, appraiser, termite inspector, property inspector, various other inspectors, escrow officer, title officer, handymen, contractors, and other service providers. I have to make sure that the performance of the team is coherent and as intended and that at the end we all leave the show happy, joyous and satisfied. I shall strive for perfection being aware that you are trusting me with probably the biggest personal financial transaction of your lifetime. I shall not fail.
My major source of clients has been through referrals from my past clients. I understand that referrals do not come if the past client is not completely satisfied with their experience with me. My clients have voluntarily provided written testimonials regarding my XC'lent service. I will be very happy to provide names and contact information of my past clients for you to call and ask about their experience with me. I insist that you call any of my clients so that when you honor me to be your agent you already know what to expect from me. I shall be even better.
100% transaction closed on time, as agreed per contract. I keep a tight coordination with all parties to the transaction and makes sure that nobody drops the ball.
